View looking south at the south end of the Grand Harbor of Valletta.  Beyond, and to the right of the cruise ship, the water leads to the area where the Marsa Harbor is located.

Marsa is the area where the Roman Port was located.  This is probably where the Alexandrian ship, with the figurehead of the twin gods Castor and Pollux, docked until it set out for Rome—with Paul aboard after his three-month stay on Malta!

Acts 28:11 After three months we put out to sea in a ship that had wintered in the island [possibly in the Marsa Harbor]. It was an Alexandrian ship with the figurehead of the twin gods Castor and Pollux.
