Arch of Galerius 2

A view of the Arch of Galerius that he built in A.D. 304 to commemorate his victories over the Persians in A.D. 297. View looking east. Only the western portion of the arch is preserved. Originally there was a similar structure to the right (east). The two arches supported a dome between them.
