Drop Bridge and Boat

View looking northwest at the "Drop Bridge" that is located at the west end of the 3.7 mile canal.  This photo was taken as this ship was about to pass over the central portion of the bridge that had been lowered into the water.   After the boats pass over it, the central portion is raised and cars pass over it.
