Image looking down into the orchestra area of the Theater at Epidaurus. This theater exhibits the old Greek design with an almost completely circular “orchestra” area—65 ft. [20 m.] in diameter and the cavea slightly larger than a half circle.
Note the person standing in the center of the orchestra. The acoustics in the theater are outstanding and it is easy to hear a voice from the orchestra area here where the photo was taken.
