Main Apse

View looking west at the semi-circular apse of the Kathisma Church.  This apse is an eastern extension of the octagonal shape of the church and was the main apse of the church.

The cars on the main road beyond the church are traveling on the main Jerusalem (to the right, north) to Bethlehem (to the left, south) road.
