Southeast Area

View looking west southwest at the three octagonal walls of the Kathisma Church.  The main apse of the church is visible on the right (north) side of the image.

In the center, and left of center, the foundations of the three lines of the walls are visible.  Just slightly left of center the apse of the southeastern chapel is visible.

The cars on the main road beyond the church are traveling on the main Jerusalem (to the right, north) to Bethlehem (to the left, south) road.
