Ketef Hinnom Tomb 25 Repository 1

View of the numerous finds from the repository of Tomb 25. Close to 1,000 individual objects were found in this repository. Note the oil lamps and the juglets.

In this repository two small silver amulets were found. These are inscribed with the priestly blessing found in Numbers 6. They date to the late 7th or early 6th centuries B.C. and are the oldest portion of the Hebrew Bible known today!
