“Ceiling” 1

View looking up at the “ceiling” of Channel II.  The channel seems to have been cut from above, and then large stones were “dumped” into the upper opening of the channel and were wedged there to block it from above.  Over the stones dirt and shrubs were planted to conceal the channel.

In this area the channel is at least 10 ft. [3.0 m.] high.
