Olive Pressing Area

View looking east at the floor and eastern wall of the industrial area of Gamala.  In the top part of the image is a niche into which a beam was placed that pressed the olives.  In the center of the image is a basalt pit into which the olive oil flowed.  In the lower portion of the image are three weights that helped pressed the olives.
