View looking down on the Pillared Building first built during the ninth century B.C. (Omri or Ahab). The building consists of three parts: pack animals would enter the central aisle where their packs would be loaded and unloaded. The two side aisles were places where items were stored. The contents of this building indicate that it was used for storage, and not as a stable.
This is a reconstruction of the original building that was moved to this location on the north side of the citadel.
