Sarcophagus 2a

View of one side of a second sarcophagus displayed in the Archaeological Museum in Konya.  In marble, from the Roman Period.

It features a battle between a horseman and a foot soldier flanked by "cupids," garlands, and Medusa faces.  On the cover, notice the tiling and the acroteria.
