Monumental Tomb

View of one of the large tombs at the very north end of the necropolis.  Built out of carved limestone, this western side (in the sunlight) has an arched recess and a well–preserved cornice.  On the left (shaded) side of the tomb the doorway into the chamber is visible.  It appears that the upper portion of this tomb has been destroyed.
