View of the theater at Miletus looking northeast. The cavea, or the semicircular part of the theater is in the center of the image. On the right (south) and the left (north) are the very well preserved ends of the cavea — all is original and note the two well preserved entrances to the still–in–tact underground pedestrian passage ways (parodos).
