This is a view of the well preserved wall of a "never visited" structure that is located between the Forum area and the Baths of Herodes Attica. It is currently called the "basilica" but I have not yet found any indication of its function.
In the upper left note the "square" indentations into which beams that supported the second story were inserted.
It is "mind boggling" to think about all that awaits the excavators' spades at Alexandria Troas!
