Column A Laodicea (?)

A detailed image of the lower wreath on Column A of  what looks like a Fortuna/Tyche figure with the walls of the city as a crown on her head. 

Latin Inscription:  LADICIASACRUM

This Latin Inscription almost looks like the city name "Laodicea" followed by the word "sacred" but reads "LADICIASACRUM."
