Side Staircase

View of one of the side branches, possibly a staircase, of the underground passageway that connects the two parts of the Palace of Agrippa II.  It was only partially excavated at the time this photograph was taken (July 2009).

Note the finely dressed carved limestone blocks and the archway of the underground passageway.
