In the center of the third panel, surrounded by the Zodiac, is the sun god Helios riding on a chariot that is pulled by four horses.

In this image, the sun disk is visible left of center with ten shafts of light radiating from the disk.  To the right of the sun disk, a white crescent moon is visible.  In the center of the circle, the chariot is visible as are two of its four wheels below it.  The two heads of the inner horses point inward, while the heads of the two outer horses point outward.  The tumble of their legs can be seen between the two wheels of the chariot.

Surrounding all of this is a Greek inscription that mentions the donors of this portion of the synagogue floor.
