View looking east northeast from Jezreel.  On the left (west) side of the image, the tree-covered eastern slope of the Hill of Moreh is just barely visible.  In the center of the image are the upper (western) reaches of the Harod Valley.

The cluster of trees just below the center of the image is where the spring of Jezreel was located.  This is where Saul mustered the Israelite forces for his confrontation with the Philistines (1 Sam 29:1).
