Stadium

View looking north, down on to the stadium that is located on the northern slope of Sebaste.  The stadium is the brown area with scattered trees—located just below the center of the image.  The stadium may have been founded during the days of Herod the Great (37–4 BC).

In the distance are the hills to the north of Samaria.
