Dwelling

Dwelling

View of a circular structure that was a "dwelling" that dates back to the Middle Bronze I Period (2200–2000 B.C.)

The two upright stones mark the entrance. In the center of the circle is a column — originally a bit taller. From this column supporting beams radiated out to the low walls at the edge of the stone circle. Probably a goat’s hair covering was placed over the beams—providing shelter to the inhabitants of the dwelling.
