Overview

View looking west at Patara.  The water and marsh in the center of the image is where the ancient inner harbor was located.  On the right (west) side of the image, the granary of Hadrian is visible—on the west side of the inner harbor.  On the left (east) side of the image the hill is called "Kursunlutepe"  and on its lower slope, the outline of the theater is visible.
