Column A Artemis (?)

A detailed image of the upper wreath on Column A of a female figure with a tall crown on her head.  I am not able to make out the Latin Inscription below the wreath.  I expect that the deity represented is Artemis, but the inscription does not look like her name.

Latin Inscription:  ???ESACRUM
