View of one of the three parallel units. This unit is entered from the central courtyard (from which this photo was taken) and has a “cut away” wall to expose the interior of the room. Wall of room like this were made out of stones (foundation) and mud brick.
Note the bench around the interior of the room, the niches in the plastered wall for jugs and oil lamps, and the pots collected at the far end of the room.
