View of a two–handle white libation or drinking cup called a kylix.. The image in the middle is that of the god Apollo, wearing a laurel wreath, pouring out a libation while holding his kithara. His bird, the raven, looks on.
Note the construction of the chair that he is sitting on.
The kylix is dated to 480–470 B.C.
