View of a reconstructed stone altar associated with the worship of Asclepius, Apollo, and Zeus. It seems to be based upon a metallic prototype. Evidently animal parts were placed on these trays as the animal was being cut up.
There is a Greek inscription on the front of the altar. Use the “Download” image to see the Greek characters of the inscription.
