This is a picture of the "Samson's Cenotaph"—a monument commemorating the grave of a person—that is located on the top of the Zorah Ridge. This is the "traditional" site of commemorating the burial of Samson and his father, Manoah (Judges 16:31).
Judg. 16:31 Then his brothers and his father’s whole family went down to get him [= Samson]. They brought him back and buried him between Zorah and Eshtaol in the tomb of Manoah his father. He had led Israel for twenty years.
