Detail of the two Latin inscriptions located on the High Level Aqueduct at Bet Hannanya.
The inscription on the left, in the wreath, mentions the X Roman Legion. The inscription on the right, in the tabula ansata, reads "IMP CAES(ar) TRIAN HADR(ianus)." Hadrian ruled the Roman Empire from 117 to 138 A.D.
