Inside the Rabbinic Tunnel, at a spot directly west of the Holy of Holies. Looking southeast, at a portion of the Herodian supporting wall. Coming from "Warren's Gate" from the south, one arrives at this point where the woman is praying facing east towards where the Holy of Holies was located. Some orthodox women will come to this place for prayers on the night before their weddings.
