View looking down, and west, at the Pool of Siloam area. On the right (north) side of the image note the minaret and the rectangular building below it. The Pool of Siloam is actually below and just this side of the rectangular area (not visible but Click Here to view).
The terrace area left (south) of center is a garden area – and probably was watered by water from the pool.
Just barely visible, behind a tree, is the hood of a blue car. This car is parked on the road, which today marks the area where the "Central Valley" was in biblical times.
This whole area marks the southern tip of the Old Ancient Core of Jerusalem (= the City of David).
