View looking southwest at the reconstructed "Jerusalem Wall" of the synagogue at Chorazin. The main door is in the center of the image. To its left is a replica of the "Moses Chair" and to its right a replica of a decorated column (both originals are in the Israel Museum).
The central nave of the synagogue has been covered with crushed stone. In the lower right the stone slab may have formed a base for a chair or a table to rest upon it.
The synagogue was built some time during the 4th-6th century.
