SYAD01  Overview  Overview of the Ain Dara temple looking northwest.  The temple consists of a portico (right side of image) and progressing into the temple a portico (with three huge footprints), an antechamber, a threshold (on footprint), the main hall and a shrine.

It is mainly built of basalt and note all the carved animals and figures.
