View of one of the capitals on a column in the Basilica Church of Saint John. The monograms on the capitals include those of Justinian (r. 527–565) and his wife Queen Theodora.
This monogram seems to be that of Theodora. I think I can pick out the Greek letters of her name: ΘΕΟΔΟΡΑ.
