In the upper (right) portion of the image is the Sea of Marmara.
The water in the center of the image is the Bosporus Strait. On the Bosporus, note the two bridges (in this image) and all of the ships.
The landmass on the right (west) side of the Bosporus is European Istanbul. That on the left (east) side of the Bosporus is Asia.
