This first century A.D. Latin inscription mentions Lystra (spelled as Lustra—Latin form) in line 4.  Mark Wilson translates it as:

"The colony of Julia Felix Gemina Lysta consecrated (this statue) of the Deified Augustus.  by decree of the decurions."

This inscription is situated in the Archaeological Museum in Konya—biblical Iconium.
