Lion Lintel

View of the "lions lintel" that is now located about [75 m.] south of the synagogue. The excavators believe that originally it was part of the synagogue.

To the right (west) of the crack a lion is visible, and another to the left (east) of the crack. It seems that a vase of some sort was located right where the crack is.
