
Gate Chamber
photoView of one of the four chambers that line the sides of the Iron II gate at et-Tell. Compared to other chambered gates of the Iron Age, these “rooms” are very long.
This gate is very well–preserved—at places to heights of over 6ft. [1.8 m.].
