Fish Tanks

View looking southeast at four fishponds (?) in the market of Magdala. There are four, equal-sized pools—although it looks like one of them has been left unexcavated.

It has been suggested that these were plastered pools designed to hold fresh fish. These pools had access to fresh underground water.
