Roman Dwelling Frescos

This image is of the well-preserved apse of a Late Roman House. Please note well, the well–preserved frescos on the wall—in white, blue, and brown—with a pebbled design! Also, note the well-preserved brick arch and hemispherical dome.

This house is located along—south of—the old Izmir to Sardis highway, and to the south of the Synagogue/Gymnasium complex.
