View looking northwest at the second olive pressing installation at Gamala. Note the niche in the wall under the arch that anchored the beam that rested on the olives as the oil was being pressed out.
In the lower left portion of the image, where the basalt wall and the floor meet, note the layers of plaster on the wall—indicating that plaster had originally covered most of the vertical surfaces.
