This wadi, that basically flows from north to south into the Wadi Kafrein has many springs and its gardens are watered by small aqueducts.
This image was taken in October, after the dry summer months BEFORE the rains started to fall. Note all the green vegetation. The “main” aqueduct flows from the bottom right of the picture, diagonally towards the center, and irrigates the gardens on both sides of it!
Note the surrounding barren hills that are not irrigated!
