View looking southwest at the eastern harbor and Cape Krio. Near the center of the image, note the light, under–water, area where the ancient breakwater was located. A number of sailing boats (Turkish gulet) are in the harbor. This harbor was used for commercial vessels. Note how Paul's vessel, on his trip to Rome either passed by Cnidus or briefly docked here (Acts 27:7).
The west end of Cape Krio is marked by a white lighthouse.
