This is an ancient graffiti of a ship made by the workmen who destroyed the Royal Box soon after the visit of Agrippa, in 14 BC, in preparation for the construction of Herod's nearby mausoleum.

The bow of the boat is to the left and the stern, with steering rudders, is to the right.
