View looking north along the upper walkway (diazoma) of the theater at Myra. There are 29 rows of seats below this walkway and six rows of seats above it. The wall alongside the diazoma is [2 m.] high and is pierced by doorways that lead to vaulted passageways.
One of the famous tombs of Myra is visible in the cliff above the top edge of the theater.
