View looking at the remains of a monument that commemorated the victory of Octavian and Agrippa at the Battle of Actium in 31 B.C. Note the circular foundation on the right of the standing water. This monument is located just west of the Lions’ Harbor.
Note the columns on the left side of the image. This is the general area where it is believed that the Jewish Synagogue was located.
