This statue of Apollo was found at Perge in 1971. He is depicted in the form of a young, tall, athletic, and handsome nude man. His hair is in wavy tufts that encircle his forehead and temples. His garment is carried wound around his arm. This fine-grained white marble statue is a Roman copy of an earlier original.
