View of an incense altar found at Perge. It is about 3 ft. [1 m.] high. Note the (sacrificial) bull, the garlands, and the two human faces. Compare how at Lystra the priests of Zeus brought "bulls and wreaths" to sacrifice to Barnabas and Paul - when they thought they were deities! (Acts 14:13).
To view other bulls with garlands – type "bull garland" in the Search Window and click.
